Dream Vacations operates an optional mobile messaging program subject to these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description:

   We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program. These messages may include booking reminders, confirmations, travel updates, customer care messages, promotions, special offers, and other marketing or service-related communications. You agree that we may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. Message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider apply for any messages sent to you.

2. User Opt-In:

   By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Participation in the program is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. User Opt-Out and Support:

   You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing:

   No mobile information will be shared, sold, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. [Dream Vacations/CruiseOne] will not intentionally sell or disclose any personal information about you or your travel plans to any other persons, organizations, or companies known to collect such information expressly for the purposes of delivering unsolicited email or illicit materials. This includes mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator information, and SMS consent data. Information may be shared with subcontractors providing support services only as necessary to operate the messaging program and never for marketing or promotional purposes. Your personal information may be divulged when required by law or when protecting the legal rights and/or property of World Travel Holdings, Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:

   The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers.
